PRE-BOOK Convention 2017 Photo Opportunity – A Kiss on the Beach (Saturday) with FREE MOUNT

Approx 9am – 6pm both days
The Convention will be held over 2 days of the weekend of Saturday 28th & Sunday 29th October 2017, and each day will be limited to around 250 tickets, with a wonderful opportunity to spend time with the actors and fellow fans in a relaxed setting
Following on from the huge success of our 2016 Convention, 2017 will see our Convention follow a similar format – this means a relaxed informal setting, a reduced attendance allowing you more time in the company of actors and fans alike, as well as no more lengthy queues to meet the actors!!
Whilst you are at the Convention, there is also an opportunity to join in with our great Interactive Zones, as well as seeing a large display of the Society’s collection of original costumes and props
Each day there will be different actors in attendance, and we are delighted to confirm some of the actors that will be in attendance for you to meet at the convention
ALL tickets will include a fantastic Limited Edition 16×12 convention print, which will be personally signed by the actors in attendance. This is included as part of your ticket allowance

V.I.P Allocation – £180 per ticket, per day, per person
Each ticket includes:
*Registration – entry from 09:00am
*Tea/Coffee upon arrival

*Perimeter Seating (VIP ticket holders will be sat at the tables in the front row!)
*A ‘creme de la menthe’ quality gift – the gift will be different on Saturday and Sunday!!
*A V.I.P 2017 Convention Lanyard to keep – this must be worn at all times during the convention (Lanyard will be given to you upon arrival at the event)
For clarification, there are NO weekend tickets, and each ticket is priced per person, per day. V.I.P and General Allocation will be sat on different tables for the event, so if you buy different ticket levels you will be sat on different tables

A very limited amount of U14 tickets are available each day, if you would like to purchase a ticket please email – tickets@onlyfools.net – PLEASE NOTE; the U14’s rate does not include any free gifts or autographs and each U14 MUST be accompanied by a full paying adult ticket.
Babies on laps are free, and entry does not include any free gifts or autographs.

Your photo will be taken with the actor(s) and then printed, and autographed – each upgrade comes complete with a mount – very limited numbers!

OFAH Appreciation Society Convention Terms & Conditions:
*Tickets are non transferable and non refundable – unauthorised duplication or resale of your purchase may prevent your admittance into the event
*We will be issuing a physical ticket for our 2017 Convention – please also bring your order confirmation with you which will also act as your entry ticket at registration
*In the interests of Health & Safety at the venue, please bring ID with you when you attend
*Please feel free to take photographs during the event and share – we will have a dedicated # (hashtag) set up for the convention
*Doors open at 09:00 for V.I.P Allocation entry and 10:00 for General Allocation entry. Each day is scheduled to end around 18:00. You will be seated by table, and will be called up to meet the actors and obtain your signatures – V.I.P ticket holders will be called up first. Please have your items ready to be signed BEFORE making your way to the actors
*Actors are appearing baring Acts of God & work commitments. We reserve the right to add or amend the actors and their attendance day(s), should work commitments arise
*Additional Autographs required above your allocation can be purchased for £5 per autograph, per actor. These are able to be purchased on the day, and we will use an Autograph Voucher system at the event to redeem your purchased autographs
*Autograph Vouchers from the 2016 Convention will NOT be accepted for our 2017 Convention
*The Only Fools & Horses Appreciation Society reserves the right to eject or refuse admission to a customer who’s behaviour is deemed aggressive, dangerous or may detract from the enjoyment of the event
*Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as attendees at the event for Society purposes

Q) When/Where/What time is the 2017 Convention?
A) The John Fretwell Sporting Complex, Mansfield, NG19 8LL. Held over the weekend of 28th/29th October 2017. V.I.P entry from 09:00, General entry from 10:00
Q) Where can I buy tickets?
A) Tickets are ONLY available via our website – www.onlyfools.net
Q) What is the disabled access like at the venue?
A) The venue has very good access, which includes step free access
Q) What is the Car Parking like at the venue?
A) The venue has approximately 250 parking spaces on site and parking for this event will be FREE
Q) How much are the tickets please, and what is included?
A) Please scroll further back up the page, we have detailed the ticket structures and prices
Q) I notice the price is very different from previous years, why is that ?
A) In 2016 we drastically changed the set up of our conventions, which was a roaring success. For 2017 we are continuing with this format, which sees a reduced attendance, a more intimate setting and more time spent with the actors
Q) If I purchase 2 different type of tickets for the same day (1 General and 1 V.I.P), will we be sat together?
A) No. Ticket Holders will be sat with other ticket holders of the same allocation level. Whilst you are not required to sit at your seat for the whole event, you will be called up by your allocated table to meet the actors
Q) I have some of my own items I can’t wait to get signed, is that allowed?
A) Yes. Each ticket includes some autographs for you to use as part of your allowance to get your items signed. Any further autographs can be purchased at £5 per signature, per actor
Q) I have some autograph vouchers left over from 2016’s convention, am I able to use them?
A) No. For 2017 we will be using a different autograph redemption system and 2016’s vouchers will not be accepted
Q) If I buy a ticket but change my mind or cannot attend, can I get my money back?
A) No. Tickets are non transferable and non refundable
Q) Which actors will be in attendance ?
A) Please check our website and Social Media pages for announcements. We will continue to announce actors in attendance in the lead up to the Convention
Q) Will food and drink be available on site to purchase?
A) Tea/Coffee will be provided free of charge upon arrival. Lunch will be served as part of your admission costs. The venue will be selling snacks and soft drinks (no alcohol) throughout each day
Q) When will I receive my ticket(s)?
A) Tickets will be posted out in the summer, you will receive an email when dispatched, they will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to the address provided upon ordering. Please bring your ticket(s) with you to the event along with your order confirmation and ID to gain entry to the Convention at Registration. No Ticket, No Entry
Q) Someone else has ordered the tickets, but they are for me, is this an issue?
A) No. Please ensure you have your ticket(s) with you as without them you will not be allowed entry. Please also bring your confirmation order and ID with you for registration. If tickets have been ordered on your behalf, where possible, please email Craig@onlyfools.net so our Registration Database can be updated accurately to save any delays upon your arrival
Q) Can I take photos of the actors during the event?
A) Yes. Please remember the actors are human, so be patient and polite. Don’t forget to share your photos on our Social Media sites throughout the event!
Q) Will there be photographs I can purchase on the day that I can get signed?
A) Yes. We will have an excellent selection of photographs that are able to be purchased during the event for you to get signed
Q) Apart from meeting the actors, what else is there for me to do at the Convention?
A) Apart from meeting the actors, you are able to purchase official OFAH merchandise, see a fantastic display of original props and costumes, relive some ‘famous scenes’, interact with fellow fans, and much much more!

Hi I came to the 2017 convention on Saturday in Mansfield.
I purchased a record A Bunch of Wallies – Boys will be Boys for £10 & on getting it home found the record to be Wham.
Please can you advise me as to how I can get this changed as I have no website address or telephone number to make contact.
