Desktop Theme
This theme is made for windows XP and previous, but hasn’t been tested with Windows vista yet.
In no way can i accept any responsibility for your choice to use and download this theme. Due to popular remand i have made it available again.

Instructions:
Download file above
Extract the zip to your main drive where windows is installed e.g. “C: drive”
Then go to display properties in your control panel and there the theme should be available to choose and install
You will find a wealth of only fools sounds and other great icons etc
