Fans of the top british sitcom are turning up in droves asking locals where the Fatty Thumb is, or where Slater can be found. Expecting to see the yellow 3 wheeled van any moment they venture to cross the peckham high street.<\/p>\n<p>Of course most fans should know that Peckham was never used in the show at all. When the series was filmed in London in the early series Acton was home to Nelson Mandella house.
