Why Bristol?
The main reason for choosing Bristol City is because all the market scenes in Only Fools have been filmed in their car park, the flats used as Nelson Mandela House are directly outside the stadium, there are lots of other famous locations in Bristol used in the show too including Del Boys garage all within walking distance of the Convention

I thought the 2009 convention was great, except the 6 hour wait for autographs, it was all worth while when I finally got to the table where the stars were, I had a great laugh with Angela Bruce (Councillor Murray) she was a real case, all good fun. already booked in for 2010 and looking forward to it.

Hi AdminTrig, I’m trying to remember, but there was an episodespecial where someone was asking after Del. I think it was when Mike was running the Nags Head, and Del said said tell him I’ve moved to New Zealand. Will let you know once I’ve found it. Would definately be a great trivia question ;-)
