Is it possible to choose the best episode ever of Only Fools And Horses? I would say it depends on what time you are in your life and how you got out of bed that day as there are som many great episodes and they are all so diverse. Having said that Liam Golder took the challenge and presents to you all – “The Best Episode Ever of OFAH”
It’s really tough and challenging to say one exact episode which is a favourite many stick out from the crowd. All they all have a uniqueness about them which makes it a difficult question. The blow up doll ideas ‘Danger UXD’ on series 6 is one favourite and causes so many laughs with Del, Rodney, and Uncle Albert. Also ‘A touch of Glass’ with the falling Chandelier is very comical.
But one that made me laugh the most overall is in fact ‘The Jolly Boy’s Outing’ where the lads go to Margate on a coach trip resulting in a series of crazy events throughout the show. It is a superb idea to have so many of the characters all included in on go and even Boycie comes along. Apparently this is the 8th Christmas Special featured especially to mark this occasion.

Jolly Boys Outing – Greatest Only Fools Episode?
It’s great to see a completely different setting or settings for this episode. And as the day unfolds things start to go wrong. I remember sitting indoors with family and when the Coach blows up behind Rodney I was holding my stomach in pains of laughter. To this very day it has me rolling up every time it’s on the Television. The Driver is overwhelmed by a leakage of fumes from the radio and so Del tries to convince Denzil to drive it before all this happens.
Chas and Dav provide some music which fits perfectly and the whole OFAH crew become stranded resulting in them all trying to find a hotel for the night. Del and Rodney find a place that looks like ‘Something out of the Munsters’ as Rodders put’s it and so the whole day becomes a complete mess.
Poor Trigger hardly has a clue what is going on and it left standing on the street for a short while before following some others. Overall I think it is the best episode because it has a lot of depth to it, and the Characters really bond so naturally with a lot of extra laughs.
