EXTRA DAY ANNOUNCED
As you may know, it was an extremely frustrating experience for everyone trying to order tickets yesterday right up to 3am this morning.
Organisers have issued an apology to all the fans and visitors. So the first thing they want to say is sorry.
Basically an explanation
Our website usually has around 100 to 200 visitors a day on average. Yesterday the final count on individual hits amounted to just under 3.2 million (not people but the number of times everyone clicked refresh)
Basically, that is way way beyond most private website’s capabilities. We obviously expected a spike in numbers and increased our bandwidth to 7TB.
Later today we will go through all ours and will let anyone know if there are any issues with their order.
If you missed out we have decided to go for the Sunday slot with Sir David. So you will get another chance for 1st March.
Obviously, we have to have things in place for this – or we may go Eventbrite or a company like that.
We all cant go through that again.
So to everyone who stood by us, we say THANK YOU and will make sure you all have a great time

If I said you can meet “Sir David Jason as he will be attending our next event!” You would think you were talking to Trigger.
There are no words that can possibly explain the news we received today regarding one of Britain’s finest actors . “I’m still pinching myself” isn’t a catch phrase of his, but its probably mine today! “This time next year we’ll be millionaires”, “Cosmic”, “Lovelly Jubbly”, “Triffic”, would be under achieving the awesome news for Only Fools and Horses fans around the world. After years and years of fans asking for this, “They’ve only gone and done it my son!”

Why is this so amazing. Well you will know that so many of the cast have been able to attend Only Fools and Horses events over the years. But Del and Rodney or Sir David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst have never been able to attend.
Now for the first time the main man who played several amazing characters including our beloved Del Boy the happy-go-lucky, cheeky chappy, will be able to meet his fans.

Its corrupt!!!! Tickets went to insiders not to public. I bet they do not post this message.
Ticket there 1000 ticket which was snap up by the insider to resold on eBay in January

Totally agree.Complete ripp off event and I am pretty sure minimal of the takings will go to charity.Shocking the event should have been boycotted as soon as thd prices were announced.Hang your heads in shame!!!

How absolutely devastating that a once in a lifetime opportunity is instantly made impossible by the outrageous price. Myself and my family would have loved the opportunity to meet our lifelong hero but it is completely unrealistic for any of us to be able to afford to pay out over £300 each for the privilege.
It would be nice if it was recognised that not everyone is lucky enough to be able to just splash out this amount of money. Some of us would have to save up for months. I’m happy for those who get to meet Sir David, but disappointed for those such as myself who have to face the crushing disappointment of realising that this will never happen. Not at these prices. However I have been lucky enough to meet the supporting cast at a much more realistic cost, so I am lucky in that respect.
I just can’t help but lose a little bit of respect for the fact that these prices are allowed to happen. I can’t be the only one who feels thoroughly let down by this. Think about it – “please pay over £300 just before Christmas for a 4 second photo opportunity and an autograph”…

Admin im not sure why you have turned of replies on facebook page it makes people frustrated youve also stopped people posting comments . As admin not answering how some people have got tickets and others havent and whats happening as a PR promotion its a shambles .
You need to sort otherwise all the good work that you do will not be remembered only this debacle . You have so many upset and frustrated fans
Totally agree, it has been saying out of stock even when they said they are not sold out and then the website is now up and running. Really disappointed that theres not even an update to say whether they are actually sold out or not. As far as I can see it has been saying out of stock since before 7 and hasn’t changed
So, so, so disappointed as soon as I clicked on 7:01 it said the server was down, now I can access the ticket page it says out of stock not sold out! The whole thing has been really poor, normally when you buy tickets you get put in a queue, nothing like that with these tickets, has not been done professionally

The web site to buy ticket for David Jason is totally useless you need it fix as it all fuck up
Not entirely sure how all the tickets can be sold out when there was a 522 server host error the whole night so NO ONE would have been able to get on…….something very dodgy / suspect going on here

I’ve been trying all night to get a ticket….from 7pm on the dot…..constant error! Absolutely gutted
sold out within 50min. was hardly a chance really was there
Definitely no chance at all when the serve hasn’t been working and physically not letting people such as moi get on the ticket buying page
Have they sold out? I’m still trying… The site crashed several times but the first time I got on it after 7pm was around 7.10 and it said “out of stock” – like it has done all day. But also there are only 6 Facebook likes on the silver package which suggests not all the tickets have gone.
If they have all gone please can somebody update it to say “sold out” rather than “out of stock”?

£375 seems to be ripping off the real fans. But of a joke price to meet someone we all want to meet.

The amount of tears of laughter cried and wide smiles and belly laughs are too many to mention. To have this opportunity would be a dream come true. I would love 3 tickets to go to this mesmerising event! We have so many boxsets of this and since I was a small girl I have been brought up watching this, some days I would miss school just so I could see another episode to cheer me up. My dad has been a fan since it was first released and we have watched all of them over 2000 times!
